In 2008, Evergreen was established.

 

Originally a landscaping company. After operating alongside other aligned businesses, we made our focus on land use and development. We wanted to create livable spaces, with sustainable practices using the natural lay of the land to its advantage.

Today we use that history on a different scale. We turn untamed gardens and back yards into usable spaces often using their natural features to the garden's advantage.

 

Our specialty is garden renovations and property maintenance.

A significant number of our renovations are for the real estate market.

Our customers include a wide array of commercial sites, including councils, hospitals, churches, emergency services, factories and large retail complexes. To in home aged care settings, nursing homes, large acreage properties and real estate rentals. We have a significant residential customer base as well.

 

We know life gets busy and most of the time it's with family and work leaving no time to invest in maintaining the spaces we love. Over time they can become areas people avoid using simply because it reminds them of all the work that needs doing - that's where we come in!

From vacuum gutter cleaning to pressure washing or spray treatments to remove lichen, moss and reduce mould. We also install removable gutter guards and bird proof houses and solar panels. We clean solar panels too!

 

We tame acreage properties into well maintained places to enjoy and wrangle large hedges into well maintained shapes or perform height reductions to make managing them easier. We prune trees or do complete tree removals, slash overgrown blocks for fire prevention; or establish fire breaks in bush fire prone regions.
